When the enquiry form is enabled, it collects your name, email, phone number, organisation, enquiry type and message. Do not submit confidential government documents, payment details or sensitive personal information through this form.
Why it is used
The information is used to understand and respond to your food, catering or procurement enquiry. It is not used to publish a testimonial or marketing endorsement without separate permission.
Form processing
Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms when the service is configured. Their service may process technical information required to deliver the submission and reduce spam. Review the Web3Forms privacy information before enabling the integration for production.
Website analytics
This website uses Google Analytics to understand visits and improve its pages. Google Analytics may collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser details, referral source and interactions with the website, and may use cookies or similar technologies. This information is reviewed in aggregated reports and is not used by Bhavya's Delight to identify individual visitors. Google processes analytics data under its own privacy terms.
External services
Links to Swiggy, Zomato, Magicpin, IndiaMART, GeM and Google Maps lead to third-party services with their own privacy practices. This website does not control those services.
Retention and requests
Enquiry information should be retained only as long as needed to respond, maintain business records or meet applicable obligations. Verified contact details for privacy requests will be added before public launch.
